These are the most common questions students ask about scheduling, requirements, and policies.

📅 What is the class schedule?
Classes typically run from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to check in and get settled.
A reminder email will be sent before your class — be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder).

All classes are hosted at:

💰 What does the course cost include?
The $150 course fee covers:
Classroom instruction
Range time and targets
NRA course materials
NRA certification (upon successful completion)
🪪 What do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued photo ID (must match your registration form)
A positive attitude — we’ll make learning safe and enjoyable!
📄 Do I need to complete a waiver?
Yes. A Delta Arsenal waiver must be completed prior to participating in live fire.
You’ll find the waiver link in the registration page.
HINT! The last two multiple-choice questions must be selected as "YES" If they are not, you will be required to complete the waiver again.
Those questions are:
Declaration of Legal Status: I am here in lawful possession of my firearms and feeding devices. All firearms, high capacity feeding devices, and NFA items in my possession are in compliance with both state and federal law.
Certification of Facts: I certify that the above facts are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that I subject myself to disciplinary action in the event that the above facts are found to be falsified.
🔞 Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes. Students must be at least 21 years old to attend the NRA Basic Pistol class.
📜 What if the information on my registration doesn’t match my ID?
Your information must match your government-issued ID exactly.
If it does not, your certificate will be invalid, and you will need to wait until a future class for a corrected one.
🚫 What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations.
If you are unable to attend, I will gladly work with you to reschedule into another available class.
⚠️ What happens if I don’t complete all requirements?
Students must demonstrate safe handling and meet NRA standards to receive certification.
If additional practice is needed, I’ll provide guidance and recommend next steps before you return for certification.
